Developing a Remuneration System
An effective system of remuneration in a company is needed from the very first employee. A good system of remuneration will ensure that an employee receives compensation according to his/her investment in the company’s activities and the situation in the job market. It is fair and transparent, allowing managers to easily answer employees’ questions about their remuneration and allowing employees to know what they can do to increase their remuneration. Setting up a system of remuneration requires an effort to start off, but facilitates many issues in the long run.
