Change Management
Learning about change management will enable you to define the value of changes to be made and teach you how to involve your employees and other parties. This is a seminar for leaders, project managers and experts managing innovations. During the seminar we will explore the role and responsibility of a leader managing change at all levels, and learn about different models and tools for change management. We will pay special attention to managing all the stakeholders involved, in order to ensure support for the planned changes from all those involved. The seminars can be organised as individual training, team or company-wide training.
